The Law Offices of Wiley Nickel, PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Lindsey Granados will be joining the firm as a Senior Criminal Defense Associate beginning February 3, 2020. She will also be involved in the North Carolina expungement section of the law firm.

Over the course of her career, Lindsey has tried hundreds of District Court cases and numerous high-level felony criminal jury trials to verdict in Superior Court. We’re very glad to have her on board as part of our team.

Ms. Granados was born and raised in Seminole, Oklahoma. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with honors, magna cum laude. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law and moved to North Carolina after graduation.

Lindsey is married to her college sweetheart, Ian, and they are the proud parents of a brilliant 7-year-old girl. The Granados’ attend First Baptist Church of Cary, where Lindsey is very active and involved in Sunday school and the church music ministry, where she helps lead worship in the church’s praise band every Sunday.

In addition to her extensive experience defending people accused of crimes, Ms. Granados has also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Wake County. Lindsey’s experience on both sides of the aisle gives her a well-rounded perspective when she approaches a case, and she advocates tirelessly for her clients’ rights.
